The quality of his photography is outstanding, he is easy to work with, flexible and gets amazingly natural photos without any stiff or forced posing. Photos look as if they are right out of a magazine. He was able to get outstanding city shots. Unlike other studios who have a cookie cutter mentality with a large staff, you will deal with Robert personally from start to finish. Robert is top class, modern, contemporary, nothing cheesy here.
Robert was personable, reliable and flexible with meeting times, created a package that met our budget and on top of it all he created an archival CD of ALL the photos taken on our wedding day (more than 500). The archival CD is invaluable as we now have the option of being able to print any photo at any size any time we want. "Bob is a magician with a camera. He shot our non-traditional rooftop reception from the afternoon through the evening and every single shot is beautiful! Our guests are happy and relaxed and more importantly we were both happy and relaxed! Bob works the crowd subtly, so no one feels uncomfortable or awkward having their photo taken. His simple and very flattering lighting made everybody look great! (Making us wish we had done some more traditional shots as well!) We had a wonderful wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Bob was our photographer, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We chose Bob after meeting several photographers for three main reasons: his photos were beautiful, his pricing options were extremely flexible, and he seemed like a fun, easy-going person to work with. The hundreds of proofs that he gave us were so beautiful and usable that it cut down our costs because we didn't have to order a whole ton of extra prints to give to other people. He also gave us the digital files on CDs, and we eventually got the negatives as well. He was willing to do a mix of candid and posed, as we wanted, and he managed to get great shots without getting in the way. Our album came out gorgeous. So that pretty much sums it up. We couldn't have asked for anything more -- thanks, Bob!!
One more addition to my review above -- after viewing the video here, "Toni On Tying the Knot," I have to agree about the unexpected shots - we got some great 'getting ready' shots and beautiful pictures of the bouquets!
